Supervision is a cognitive and emotional growth experience for the maturing clinician, and an interpersonal process that focuses on the empathic connectedness between the supervisor, therapist and patient.
My overall goal of supervision is to create a learning environment that is challenging and affirming within a safe and confidential space. I want to help the doctoral student/permit psychologist with his/her professional development and with the transition into the next level of career achievement.

- Diagnosis and case formulation
- Expanding affective capacity by empathizing with a wide range of human dilemmas
- Developing the capacity to work with transference/countertransference
